The Entrepreneurship Programme has facilitated exchanges between African entrepreneurs and local and global public sector leaders, investors and development partners, raising their business profiles, scaling their opportunities, showcasing their innovation and identifying ways to further strengthen the business environment in Africa. In June 2018, the Foundation convened a forum with President Emmanuel Macron of France and young African entrepreneurs. In October 2018, the Foundation was proud to have President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana and President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya address the gathering of young African entrepreneurs at the TEF Entrepreneurship Forum.

The Foundation’s investment, impact and commitment to advancing entrepreneurship is predicated on the belief that Africa’s entrepreneurs hold the key to unlocking the potential of the continent and facilitating the transformation of Africa.  With this objective, the Tony Elumelu Foundation launched the TEF Entrepreneurship Programme, its US$100 million flagship programme to identify over a period of 10 years, 10,000 African startups and entrepreneurs, with ideas that have the potential to transform the African continent. Its goal is to invest in businesses that together can generate at least 1,000,000 new jobs and contribute at least $10 billion in new annual revenues across Africa.

The TEF Entrepreneurship Programme is open to citizens and legal residents of all African countries, who run businesses based in Africa that are less than three years old. Business ideas that are yet to launch are also encouraged.

The 2019 Applications will be hosted on the largest digital networking platform for African entrepreneurs – TEFConnect onwww.tefconnect.com.

Dhammaan noolaha caaqilka iyo san ku neefleyda kale kama maarmaan iney rafiiq yeeshaan, Qormadaan waxaan ku bidhaamin doonaa muhiimadda xiriirka oo ah hilinka saaxiibbo lagu hanto.

Daahnaanta xiriirka waxaa ka durdura dabeecado didmo leh sida barashada balwadda, kuwaa oo kugu hoggaamin kara hab-nololeed suurad rogan, dhiraandhirin ayaa lagu yiri xiriirku waxa uu muhiim u yahay daryeelka nafsaaniga ah.

Si kale waa sil-silad isku keenta dadweynaha balse waa mareeg qofkii u qasdaa uu iska  siibi karo ama uu isku sidki karo, waa dunta dadka u kala dab qaadda dareenkooda isku duwda, waa dhaqan soo jiray waase la sii hormariyey markii la arkay nuxurkiisa durugsan.

Xiriirku waa doonis aasaasi u ah inuu yeesho qofka aadanaha ah, daneeyaasha hab-dhaqanka dadka ayaa ku qeexay dabci nagu maran.

Xiriirku sidiisa badan waxa uu ka unkamaa shaqada, iskuulka, deegaanka ,madasha ururada, kooxaha cayaaraha, iyo baraha bulshada oo noqday ilo sahla isla socodka.

Khuburada cilmi nafsiga waxay sheegeen in xiriirku uu na siinayo dareen dugaaleed, macnaha xiriirka xooggan waa garab ku hareer taagan iyo han sare oo isku duuban.

Do humans understand each other?

After minute to minute, the world’s people who live on this earth planet are increasing in number rapidly. Some people support the idea of growing populations while some others have suggested disagreement against about the population growth.

There is certainly culture diversity among us. Authentically, in difference of our cultures, traditions, customs and complexions are quite visible to every human being.  Occasionally, we do face or encounter misunderstandings which evolve from dissimilarity of our natural characters or dispositions and personalities.

In history, the human co-ordinations had long record events; in present, it is easy for anyone to communicate people locally or internationally. But on the other hand, there are some attempts which are focusing on world’s openness, simply “globalization”.

Traditional stories tell us or illustrate clear evidences which describe human beings’ different background. Several aspects had been encouraged the misunderstanding of societies, including religions, and tenets.

Conflict is main aspect which causes or confidently acts upon the people, feel, and empathy. Conflict has been taking place since the start of human being existence as from Adam and Eve. We all know that the family of mankind had experienced between the progeny or offspring of Adam and Eve (Hawo). As the fact of the matter, there are escalating conflicts in this world which spearhead some individuals who often safeguard their own fervent interests and deem they can satisfy their needs through continuation of aimless conflicts.

There are some Somali proverbs especially those greatly explain the human’s different let us take one of them “Everyone has particular right on his neck.”  “Everyone thinks his thought is the best “For Instance, family’s members who live single department do not understand each another.

However, the people’s connection or understand seems as the length of our fingers are not equal in appearance, some of them are long and strong. Similarly, the mankind characters are different in like that way.  It is hard to get individuals who share moral and emotions.

Scientific theory has notified that each person displays for his best character when he in society. Therefore, it is difficult to predict the unique character of individual exactly.  Psychologists repeat suggestion which brightens as a torch the human emotions as deeply and generally.

Today’s modern science and experts have studied unanimously people’s sympathy and empathy which are instincts to the human being.

Sometimes, we see two persons who are quarreling over trifle or valueless thing. We also in a seldom see buddies who are confused on for understanding each other.

Colleges, private school and universities mostly hosts many people mainly young youth who searching knowledge to across global obstacles. These institutions are seen a lot of students have different feels and emotions.

Pupils and their teachers are always make co-operate, hence there are backbites within learners and tutors, the relationship between both sides can be fine or bad.  At that point, we can read and know the existence two possibilities.

Family’s houses regularly, happen misunderstanding events those between children and their parents, there immediately created noise have multilateral sides. Similar episodes occur usually within in society.

In addition, as we know geographically the land has different weather, but some regions shares plants, soil and others. If human had shares interests, values would decrease the miss-understanding within humans.

Confusing of human being is a constant barrier, but it has stages which base on it. The most deteriorate phase is when took a war or begun a hostilities. People naturally had inherited disconnect habits.

People’s concentrations and their interests both habitually do not unite, thus, any person has original character, so it is very complex to find same acts peoples. If find a good administration, it would take part to create sufficient understand.

Innate characters are complicated situation which faces the human occasionally and it is terrible to distinguish or comprise an essay. Getting for understanding it needs more awareness and multilateral interacts.

Actually, the existence of human beings misunderstanding is un-covered, controversial and countless.
